The Trust's aim is to foster appreciation of the historic landscape of the Stroudend Tithing through an understanding of the industrial and socio-economic history of the area and its influence on the local environment. To this end the Trust is undertaking original research (supported by a Local Heritage Initiative Grant) which will provide a local educational resource.
